3. Payment, Rescheduling, and Refunds

For workshops and events, payment is due at registration and is non-refundable unless otherwise specified. For one-on-one consultation and teaching sessions or group teaching sessions, clients should refer to the terms agreed upon in their signed session agreement. In respect to workshops and events, no refunds or cancellations are permitted once booked, except in cases of cancellation or rescheduling by Rosanna Marie.

All consultation, mentoring and teaching sessions are confidential, and in alignment with the privacy standards specified in the Privacy Policy. Rosanna Marie respects your privacy and will not disclose your information without consent unless required by law.
